PHILADELPHIA — November 12, 2008 — The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced that Moshe Rubashkin, 50, of Brooklyn, N.Y., has been sentenced to 16 months in prison for illegally storing hazardous waste at a textile factory in Allentown.
