UNION PACIFIC: Colorado to Pursue Penalties on Permit Violations

Union Pacific Corporation says that the State of Colorado, in October 2008, indicated that it would pursue a civil penalty over alleged permit violations noted in an Order.

The amount of any such penalty is uncertain but could exceed US$100,000.
