GENERAL MOTORS: In Talks w/ EPA to Settle Hazardous Waste Case

General Motors Corporation is concluding settlement discussions with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on actions over the improper handling and storage of used solvents in violation of hazardous waste rules.

These rules are under the Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA).
