CHS INC: Cites $36M Environmental Capital Expenditures at May 31

CHS Inc. says that, as of May 31, 2009, the aggregate capital expenditures for the Company and National Cooperative Refinery Association (NCRA) related to environmental settlements were about US$36 million.

The Company anticipates spending an additional US$3 million before December 2011.
